Ishtiak has excellent skills in structural design, analysis and construction management. He has already completed his thesis on “Development of Time-Cost Model for Building Construction Projects in Faridpur” on the Time-Cost relationship of construction management and is currently working on his thesis on the topic of “Development of Time-Cost Models for Building Construction Projects in Bangladesh.” Mr. Ishtiak is working on eco-friendly concrete hollow blocks, moving away from the traditional fire-brick structure. He is currently working on building a modern, eco-friendly and earthquake-resistant safe habitable structure for the future generation considering the geological location of Bangladesh and the imminent possibility of major earthquakes.
